I am a business coach, consultant, and mentor who empowers mental health practitioners to thrive. I leverage my unique blend of clinical expertise and proven business acumen to transform private practices into flourishing enterprises. I created the Multi-Million Dollar Private Practice FrameworkTM (MMDPP FrameworkTM) while starting and scaling SMPsychotherapy and Counseling Services. I provide personalized, comprehensive coaching and strategies that result in sustainable growth, satisfied clients, and a fulfilled professional life.
Today, SMPsychotherapy and Counseling Services is a thriving business with a team of over thirty employees serving over 11,000 clients in Connecticut. Yet, that is only part of the story; I continue to grow, innovate, and live out my dreams, including expanding SMPsychotherapy into other states.
In addition to business coaching, I am a psychotherapist, an adjunct professor of psychology at Post University, a best-selling author, a public speaker, and a world traveler. My most important role is as a mother to my boy, John Anthony, who is the reason I started my own business in the first place. I believe staying connected to our purpose in life is the path to true fulfillment. My purpose is to help other people realize their dreams.
